SALVADOR ACSAY, JR.

Born in Barangay Mat-y in Miagao, Iloilo. Graduated in 1985 from the University of the Philippines Visayas in Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences major in History. From Lyceum of the Philippines in Bachelor of Laws in 1996. Researcher in the West Visayas Studies Center for Historical Landmark and Monuments of Prof. Henry H. Funtecha. Active in the advocacy for the Heritage resources of the Municipality of Miagao. At present conducting research for a new book on the History of Miagao.
