SGF expanded its working relationship in 2025 with Medical Mission Matters Philippines Group, Inc. (M3) to generate more funds to continue its medical missions. SGF began work with M3 in 2018 to assist in finding children with deformities in the mountain villages of Panay. Work began with Robin Haywood and Peps Miagao of M3, and the team was then called The Face Hunters.

Founded in November 14, 2014 by the late Laurence Michael “Larry” Mally, a retired American police officer from Miami, Florida, Medical Mission Matters Philippines Group, Inc. or M3 is a non-profit organization based in Iloilo that has been providing free, high-quality cleft surgeries to children and adults for more than a decade.

Since its inception, M3 has conducted 72 surgical outreaches across Visayas and Mindanao, pioneering its 6,926 successful operations through the dedication of its mission coordinator, Mr. Pepito Miagao.

Together with him, a team of competent medical professionals, led by Dr. Leah Victorio and Dr. Hedwig Reyeg, continues the life-changing work that defines the organization’s success. M3 is currently managed by its trustees, with Mr. Ronnie Gabalda serving as president.
